I make a few of these at a time and store them in the fridge for the days that follow. Be sure to leave out the granola and nuts and add them on the day to keep things crunchy. I find these to be much more enjoyable than overnight oats. They are also completely customisable so make them with all your favourite components and get creative!

Makes: 1 (multiply as needed)

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 tsp Jam or honey
  • 100g Greek style yoghurt (or vegan alternative)
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 handful mixed Berries or chopped fruit
  • 70g Granola
  • 2 Tbsp assorted nuts

Method:

  • Using clean jars or containers, begin layering all the components in the order listed above.
  • Add the jam/honey to taste, I personally go for 2 tsps.
  • Then top with yoghurt
  • Drizzle over your nut butter of choice, I warm mine slightly to help make it easier to layer
  • Wash your berries or chop your fruit of choice and layer that over your nut butter
  • If storing in the fridge for future enjoyment, close up and refrigerate now
  • If you plan to enjoy straight away top with your granola and nuts
  • If you are grabbing your jar to go on a busy morning chuck your granola and nuts on top just before you head out the door. Don’t forget a spoon!
