Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a national industry leader that is expanding its Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor looking for a stable, in-house role within a supportive and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee healthCarry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillancePromote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplaceAct as a key contact for all occupational health mattersWork closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Additional Aspects of the Role:

Visit different departments within the business to support employees on-siteWork as part of a friendly, UK-wide Occupational Health team

Essential Skills & Experience:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registrationOccupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health)Strong experience in Occupational Health nursingExcellent communication skills and a team-focused approach
