This is a hands-on IT Infrastructure Project Manager role within a fast-growing international financial services group operating across multiple business lines, including credit management, fund management, software development and legal services. The focus is on delivery , which is managing ICT projects such as data centre exits, cloud migrations and legacy system decommissioning, and ensuring things get done without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Day to day, you’ll lead critical infrastructure projects across European operations – from data centre exits, cloud migrations and network upgrades to end-user initiatives like device rollouts, O365 and platform standardisation. You’ll run stand-ups, maintain RAID logs, chase actions and produce clear one-page dashboards to keep stakeholders aligned, all while managing multiple projects, cutting through ambiguity, escalating blockers quickly and driving delivery to deadline.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ hands-on infrastructure project delivery experience, ideally in large multi-entity or financial services environments. You’ll need strong technical fluency across infrastructure domains, a track record of delivering complex ICT projects, and proven ability to hold teams accountable. PRINCE2, PMP or APM qualifications are preferred, with ITIL, AWS or Cisco certifications a strong plus.
