Your New Role

Available on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days per week in the office, this is a pivotal role in embedding international trade compliance standards across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Integrating Global Trade Compliance procedures into daily operations
• Developing and delivering training programmes for employees at all levels
• Advising on trade compliance queries and regulatory requirements
• Managing global export licence applications and compliance tracking
• Ensuring import/export transactions meet UK Customs and international standards

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for a seasoned compliance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset. Essential qualifications and experience:

• Demonstrable experience in trade compliance, customs, or export control
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU export regulations
• Proven track record in UK export licensing and customs compliance
• Experience delivering training on international trade laws
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
