Chef - DBS required

Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced chefs to work with our clients around Birmingham and black country area.

Working mainly in contract catering.

Your role will be to:

– Assist in the daily management of the kitchen team

– Cook for up to 400 at a time

– Cook from fresh following a set menu rota

– Stock management and ordering
