We are working with an ambitious Freight Forwarder in the Heathrow area that are looking to take on an Air Export Clerk.
Our client are a dynamic Freight Forwarder that are looking to find the next export superstar! The client would ideally like you to have completed Air Export consignments from start-to-finish in your previous role, with the intent to grow your experience further.
Key Responsibilities – Air Export Clerk
- Handling all aspects of Air Exports including customs entries
- Arranging collections with agreed hauliers.
- Engaging with the warehouse to check if shipments have arrived and if they have been screened.
- Liaising with airlines, carriers, handling agents & customers daily.
- Liaising with overseas agents.
Desirable – Air Export Clerk
- 1 Year Experience handling Air Export shipments from start-to-finish.
- Excellent Communication and customer service skills – you will be required to communicate with clients and suppliers over email and telephone.
- Display a hungry and flexible attitude
- Motivated to learn and develop
- Quick problem solving skills and a high attention to detail.
Other Details: – Junior Export Clerk
Salary: Up to £32,000
Shift: Monday – Friday
Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
