About the Role:

As the Store Manager at our EE Franchise Retail Store, you will oversee all aspects of the store’s operations while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team to achieve business goals.
• Understanding customer needs and fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Implementing sales strategies and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
• Monitoring inventory, managing budgets, and optimising store performance.
• Driving team training and development to enhance skills and service quality.

• A proven leader with experience in retail management.

• Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary of £ per year (based on experience) + bonus (ote of £50k)

Schedule:

• 37.5 hour week (8-hour shifts, with flexibility in scheduling to include weekends)
