Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Private Cloud

Remote / Hybrid based.

Paying up to £70,000, depending on experience.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be part of a team that delivers cutting-edge Private Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. The organisation is a strategic VMware partner with Pinnacle status-the highest tier of recognition-and a certified Sovereign Cloud provider, ensuring secure, compliant infrastructure for sensitive workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD) for infrastructure solutions
• Provide expert Business-as-Usual (BAU) support for critical systems
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of Private Cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs
• Contribute to the development of best practices and technical standards

Required Experience

• Proven expertise in VMware/vSphere administration and architecture
• Strong working knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions such as HPE 3PAR, HPE Nimble, and/or Dell EMC
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualisation, and storage integration in Private Cloud environments

Paying up to £70,000.

Must be eligible for SC Clearance.
