Digital Content Engagement Officer

Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a client on a fantastic Digital Content Engagement Officer role. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled content professional to shape engagement strategies and deliver impactful digital storytelling on a fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality digital content across websites, social media, emails, and other channels.

• Manage content calendars to align with campaign and organisational priorities.

• Monitor and evaluate engagement metrics, leveraging data to optimise content strategies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate objectives into compelling digital narratives.

• Ensure all content is on-brand, accessible, and compliant with best practices and regulations.

• Support digital campaigns from planning through to execution and review.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in digital content creation, communications, or engagement roles.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a clear sense of tone and audience.

• Confidence in managing content management systems and social media platforms.

• Experience analysing digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics or insights platforms.

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required.

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata)

• Contract: 6-month FTC

• Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Central London)
