Band 6 Occupational Therapist - Community - Argyll

Vivid Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join an Adult Physical Services team based in Argyll. This is a full-time locum opportunity with an immediate start, running until 31st March with a good chance of extension.

The Role:

You will be working across a community-based caseload, providing high-quality occupational therapy interventions aimed at supporting individuals to remain independent in their own homes. The post includes:

• Rapid assessments
• Prevention of hospital admissions
• Reablement-focused interventions
• General community OT assessments
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
• Significant post-qualification experience, ideally at Band 6 level
• Previous experience within adult physical health and community services
• Strong assessment, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
