Head of Private Clients & Estates

Our client is a niche Chartered Surveying practice that seeks to appoint a new Head of Private Clients & Estate.

• The position will be based in London/South East, and will effectively be at Director level.
• You will work closely with our client’s parent company in the surveying aspect of large, complex, interesting and sensitive claims for high net worth individuals, whose property has suffered a loss.
• Most of the work arises in the South East, but you may be required to consult on losses elsewhere in the UK.
• A huge part of the role involves client relationships for the parent company ensuring that clients remain engaged.

About you:

• Candidates must essentially be MRICS qualified, either from a building or quantity surveying background, with at least 5-10 years experience in an insurance claims environment and most likely loss adjusting.
• You should be comfortable dealing with a wide range of repair projects, regularly in excess of £1 million, in a pressurised but rewarding environment.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary in the £ range plus bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
