Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring a high standard of service and patient experience
- Manage and support administrative and clinical support teams
- Lead on compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and healthcare bodies
- Take ownership of ICB contracts, ensuring compliance, effective management, and accurate reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth
About You
- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Administrator within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding and practical experience of ICB contracts
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Confident working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
