Foundry Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be supporting a historic manufacturing business in their search for a Foundry Supervisor, to lead a team of 10-15 operatives. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Foundry Supervisor will be close to the front line, ensuring safe production operations, ensuring the production plan is being followed.We’re looking to speak to either: Production Team Leads, Supervisor or Senior Operatives who can demonstrate their people leadership ability within a Foundry / Furnace / Casting environment. We’ll enquire about your understanding of production within this setting, ensuring products are made to specification and produced against the production plan. Any Health & Safety qualifications to back up your experience will be a benefit.
