An international shipowner is seeking a Paralegal to assist the legal team in London. This is a varied legal role and would suit a paralegal with 1-2 years of experience. Duties include:
- Reviewing agreements
- Drafting legal documents
- Creating NDAs
- Ship Flag registrations
- Drafting documents regarding the ownership of vessels
- Drafting contracts
- Non-marine insurance claims (such as commercial contract disputes
