Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: Up to £32k per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a great team. This is a hands on role involving a variety of warehouse duties, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock replenishment and general warehouse organisation
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- Using warehouse systems and following company processes
- Operating a forklift (if qualified)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not required)
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Forklift licence beneficial but not necessary
