Responsible Individual – Children’s Residential Care
£60,000-£65,000 Birmingham 40 hrs
Are you a values-driven leader with a passion for transforming children’s lives? We’re looking for an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee a group of children’s homes, drive quality, and ensure outstanding care.
What You’ll Do

Lead on Ofsted compliance, inspections, and safeguarding

Drive quality improvement through audits, data insight, and reflective practice

Support and develop Registered Managers

Shape organisational strategy and service development
-
Build strong relationships with CYP, families, staff, regulators, and partners
What You Bring
-
Experience as an RI, Registered Manager, or senior leader in children’s residential care
-
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
-
Proven ability to improve services and lead teams through change

Strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and sound judgement
