Senior Legal PA – Finance Practice Group – London – £55,000
We are seeking an experienced Legal PA to provide high-level support to senior lawyers within a Finance Practice Group in a leading London law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional with proven experience in financial legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to senior finance lawyers and partners
- Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and client communications
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and finance-related reports
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including large-scale finance transactions
- Maintain accurate and compliant filing and document management systems
- Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders with professionalism
Essential Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Legal PA, specifically supporting a Finance Practice Group or senior finance lawyers
- Strong understanding of finance legal terminology, transactions, and procedures
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Salary: £55,000 per annum
