Job Title: Receptionist & Office AdministratorLocation: Central London & WeybridgeSalary: £25,000 + Bonus + Benefits We’re recruiting for a Receptionist & Office Administrator to join a professional organisation within the financial services industry. This is a key front-of-house role where you’ll help deliver a first-class client and office experience.The Role

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service
  • Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, and office presentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
  • Maintain and update CRM/data systems (training provided)
  • Assist with post, deliveries, and general office coordination

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, or office administration
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Details

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Office-based role (Central London & Weybridge)
  • £25,000 salary + bonus + benefits
