Our client is a very successful boutique IFA firm based in Guildford, Surrey. Due to an increase in business and overall financial growth, the company is now looking to hire an experienced IFA Administrator to assist the firm’s Paraplanning team and 5 Financial Advisers. The position is office based.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the IFA Administrator’s key duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisers, servicing new and existing clients.
- Use various programs such as Intelligent Office.
- Navigate through different provider platforms (such as Elevate and AJ Bell).
- Process relevant applications.
- Written and verbal communication with the Administration Team, Financial Advisers plus other providers and clients.
