People and Culture Lead Real Estate London – Hybrid £40,000 – £50,000
A fast-growing property developer are seeking a personable and proactive People & Culture lead. You will be the lead on recruitment; attracting the best talent, organising events, working closely with departments heads, reporting to the COO and working on strategies to optimise human resources as the business continue to grow.
What you will be doing:
- Implement a recruitment pipeline, delivering reporting to assist with budget management
- Be up-to date on all recruitment platforms – propose suitable budgets/salaries for each hire
- Project manage each hiring process – create ads, shortlist and manage multi-stage interviews
- Liaise with external HR advisor; ensuring policies are up to date
- Manage employee contracts – issuing contracts to new employees
- Work with heads of departments to devise training plans per department
- Organise team bonding events including Christmas parties, annual company updates and away days
What we are looking for:
- CIPD membership preferred
- Extensive experience in a recruitment-focused position
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience project managing and implementing processes
