About the Company:
Our client is currently in search of experienced HGV Technicians to join its team at multiple locations in Kent. The company is well-regarded, dedicated to delivering high-quality service in the commercial motor vehicle industry.
Responsibilities:
Tests vehicles and diagnoses faults as per requests.
Observes, recognizes, and reports vehicle or component defects, as well as symptoms of impending failure.
Services, adjusts, and repairs vehicles or components using provided equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Completes job records within recommended times.
Examines vehicles thoroughly, reporting on condition, safety, reliability, and performance orally and/or in writing.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HGV Technician.
Knowledge of commercial motor vehicle systems, components, and diagnostics.
Ability to perform testing, diagnosis, adjustments, and repairs efficiently.
Familiarity with the proper and safe use of equipment and tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Valid HGV driving license (desirable).
