Manufacturing Technician Shell Dipper Sun – Wed – Day Shift

    Will be working with molds
    and the shell system, monitoring all production specifications to produce parts
    of exceptional quality at the Gibsonton Florida Location.



    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Inputs mold into Shell automated system following Work
      Instructions in Mercury and set-up and troubleshooting operations of
      automated systems and auxiliary equipment.
    • Processes the components or semi-products/products
      according to engineering specifications and quality standards and continuously
      performs improvement analysis.
    • Operate sandblast cabinet and monitor maintaining good
      documentation practices.
    • Performs basic or specifically defined maintenance
      operations; collaborates with maintenance technicians and/or external
      service providers in repair issues.
    • Use hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches,
      and screwdrivers.
    • Other duties may be assigned, and cross-training as
      needed.

    What You Bring

    • High school graduate or GED.
    • Ability to read Engineering instructions.
    • Demonstrated mechanical skills.
    • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment
      in the United States without the need for current or future
      employer-sponsored work authorization.
    • This position will require an export license from the
      Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the
      Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of
      any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate
      must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with
      US export control law.
