    A Snapshot of Your Day 

    You will be a Data and Process
    Analyst supporting the Process Digitalization Team for Grid Technologies within
    our Siemens Energy organization, working on ambitious projects in an innovative
    team and exiting environment. You are in direct contact with our factories
    (30+) within the Manufacturing Network and implement solutions for Analytic
    Process Automation (APA). You will offer and transfer those solutions to the
    organization with the goal to automate data processes and to extract business
    relevant insights as a foundation for data-driven decision making and
    sustainable growth. You drive complex, multi-functional and strategic data
    & analytics initiatives with passion that impacts our future
    competitiveness and product portfolio on the market.

    How You’ll Make an Impact 

    • Responsible for topics
      related to APA, focusing on the data-driven automation and digitalization
      of an international manufacturing network (e.g. production, sales,
      finance, quality, supply chain management and logistics)
    • Comprehensive
      analyses regarding processes and respective requirements and proactive
      generation, follow-up, assessment, reporting and scaling of digital use
      cases
    • Specific and
      hands-on implementation of digital use cases for the entire Business Area,
      the Clusters and all associated 30+ factories worldwide by means of
      comprehensive data models and visualizations, using current innovative
      tools and methodologies
    • Proactive and
      overall contribution to the continuous optimization of data, value and
      process chains within the Business Area to ensure a data-driven, transparent,
      agile and efficient organization

    What You Bring

    • Successfully passed
      study in Computer Science, Process Management, Economics or similar course
      of studies
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in the world of data (e.g. SQL, ETL, BI,
      Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning and AI, Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake
      (incl. Streamlit), UiPath and/or Mendix), knowledge about SAP structures,
      and databases
    • High affinity for
      data, processes, and IT structures as well as strong logical reasoning and extensive knowledge about one or more coding languages (e.g.
      Python, C/C++, Java, Json)
    • Experiences in the
      field of production are a plus
    • Business proficient
      in German and English (both orally and in writing). Portuguese and/or
      Chinese would be beneficial
    • Strong communication
      skills, personality, persuasiveness, and proactivity
    • Readiness to travel
      globally to visit factories and to organize workshops within a large,
      complex, and global network of factories
