    Reed – Further Education are seeking an Administrator to work in a post-16 provider in the Stockton Area. This will be to work with curriculum staff on diary management, minute taking, data entry and general upkeep of the daily admin within the department.

    What’s the day-to-day responsibilities of an Administrator?

    • To maintain databases and departmental information
    • Diary management for designated managers
    • To Manage the organisation and planning of events
    • To deal with administration of the department
    • To file paperwork
    • To produce documentation
    • To handle routine enquiries
    • Deliver and assess essential knowledge and understanding to learners.

    What are the required skills and qualifications needed for this role?

    • 5 GCSEs passes or equivalent
    • Business Admin Level 3 or willing to work towards
    • IT qualification Level 2 or willing to work towards
    • Experience of working in a similar occupation / department
    • Experience of minute-taking
    • Ability to work under own initiative
    • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadline
