My client is seeking an Administrator to join their transport team. The role is reporting into the Transport Manager providing admin support to the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within an office environment. 5 days a week based on site Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming emails and calls
- Scanning documents
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Supporting the Transport Manager and Yard manager
Skills & Experience
- Ideally at least 1 year administration experience
- Good MS office skills including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
