Acorn by Synergie is looking for a Site Manager for weekend work in Trowbridge.
This job is on a grade 2 listed refurbishment project and needs weekend cover for the foreseeable.
Requirements are as follows:
– SMSTS
– Black CSCS card
– First Aid
– Relevant experience preferably in a commercial setting.
Duties:
– Management of subcontractors.
– Oversight of build program and budget.
– Site meetings with line manager.
– Maintain site paperwork.
– Overall responsibility of health and safety.
– Management of materials and labour.
– Site level problem solving and provide solutions.
