Trainee – Administrative Sales Support (T&T)

    You will interact with commercial, technical
    teams and transversal departments, supporting the development of operation and
    maintenance projects, as well as the supply of compressor parts. You will be
    working our Point Lisas Industrial Estate office.


    Main
    Responsibilities

           Provide support to the sales team in Trinidad
    & Tobago, and the North Andean Region when requested

           Generate quotations for service and spare parts
    for the sales team

           Make quotation requests to the different
    factories and carry out appropriate follow-up to their respective responses,
    with the objective of closing the supply process for the end customer,
    complying with the established times.

           Manage communication proactively with the
    different areas of the company that provide information for sales quotations

           Carry out control and follow-up of requests for
    offers and responses from customers, with the objective of measuring the time
    and effectiveness of responses.

           Support in the preparation of reports and
    responses to requests, which strengthen the sales team


    Education and other requirements 

    • Recent graduate of a mechanical engineering
      program from an accredited institution (maximum one-year from graduation date,
      no more than one year work experience)
    • Must adapt to fast-paced
      environment and meet deadlines

           Proficiency in Office tools
    required MS Word, Excel (intermediate-advanced), Power
    Point and Outlook

           Critical Skills: Customer focused,
    results oriented, teamwork, recursive, proactive, responsible, reliable,
    dynamic and be able to work effectively in a team environment

          
    Committed to working in an organization with a strong commitment to
    Health, Safety and Environment

          
    Flexible to work extended hours during plant shutdowns which can include
    evenings, weekends, and holidays

          
    Candidate must pass the PLEA certification within 30 days of appointment
