    Joining our team, you will be responsible on the setup, maintenance, and effective communication of a global robust, transparent, scalable, and digitized Competence Management framework for our Project Entity function (ca. 2700 employees). Providing our organization with an overview of the skills we have today, and critically those skills required for our successful future operation. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as our Head of Capacity Planning & Competence Management (f/m/d) in Project Entity.

    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Capacity Planning & Workforce Strategy:
      Provide an overview of demand vs supply to support business strategy and develop digitized resource / capacity planning
    • Onboarding & Ramp-Up:
      Apply and reports for ramp up methodology. Ensure the comprehensive and quick integration of new employees
    • Competence Management:
      Embed the framework for job families, roles, and skills derived from business demands and processes
    • Learning & Development:
      Offer cross-functional training modules, learning paths, and peer learning communities across the project execution value chain
    • Reporting & Analysis:
      Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and present reports on organizational growth activities and outcomes to senior leadership
    • Collaboration:
      Build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner with key customers, including HR, business leaders from different functions in Project Entity, and external partners
    What You Bring
    • Several years of experience in workforce development, organizational growth, or a similar role
    • Strong understanding of capacity planning, onboarding, competence management, and learning & development
    • Exceptional communication and social skills demonstrated in a dynamic international environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with a proactive and results-oriented approach
    • Experience in project management and change management is a plus
    • Fluent in English and German

    The Project Entity team is responsible for world class execution and the successful delivery of complex projects across all Business Areas within Siemens Energy. We create and make use of synergies and high qualified competences across all Business Areas to deliver projects as One Siemens Energy. With a strong focus on digitalization and productivity we deliver projects on time and in budget while driving project excellence standards, best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
