How You’ll Make an Impact

• Designing
  and managing architectural office design projects, ensuring adherence to
  corporate standards and guidelines
• Developing
  and presenting office design proposals to internal RE organization and
  stakeholders
• Collaborate
  with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers and
  construction professionals to ensure successful project delivery
• Involving
  from the early beginning of projects from Initiation, Design, Executing &
  closing to operations
• Utilizing
  advanced software and tools to create architectural drawings, models and
  presentations
• Provide
  technical expertise and guidance to junior designers
• Preparing meaningful presentations (e.g. with PowerPoint),
  compiling and analyzing global project data (e.g. with Excel)
• Staying
  updated with industry trends, best practices and regulations to ensure compliance
  in design projects
• Contributing
  to the development and implementation of sustainable and environmentally
  friendly design solutions
• Ensuring
  quality control and compliance with safety standards throughout the design
  process according to local regulations
• Support
  furniture related topics
• Use
  digital data related to office space and provide improvements or solutions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent
• Extensive experience in office design
• Knowledge and experience in interior design and rendering
• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,
  Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient command of MS Office applications
• 3 – 5 years of experiences in CREM
• Knowledge in Project management or
  an equivalent discipline to drive projects
• Familiar with corporate Real Estate and
  have innovative ideas and experiences in global office projects.
• Familiar with digital transformation and usage of tools for visualization.
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communication skills and team player open to
  work with international, multicultural and diverse teams.
• “Can Do“ attitude, always open-minded for
  innovation and improvement.
