    A Snapshot of Your Day
    This role manage venture capital investments and partnerships in the carbon neutral and sustainability sectors, contributing to the development of the Great Bay Area Carbon Neutral Alliance, while navigating regulatory frameworks and policy initiatives.
    How You’ll Make an Impact:
    Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the carbon neutral and sustainability space.
    Lead due diligence processes and investment structuring for venture capital deals.
    Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, startups, and industry partners.
    Manage and monitor investment portfolios to drive financial returns and impact.
    Contribute to the development of the Hainan Innovation Alliance, Great Bay Area Carbon Neutral Alliance / Carbon Neutrality Initiative (GBA CAN/ CBA CNI), and Shanghai/Jiangsu/Zhejiang eco-system through strategic investment and partnership activities.
    Collaborate with the technology teams to support the development and growth of key projects in the carbon neutral and sustainability sectors.
    Work closely with the Government Affairs and technology teams to navigate regulatory frameworks and policy initiatives related to carbon neutrality and sustainability.
    What You Bring:
    3+ years of experience in venture capital, with a focus on investments in the carbon neutral and sustainability sectors.
    Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management in the venture capital space.
    Strong network and relationships within the venture capital and entrepreneurial communities.
    In-depth understanding of the carbon neutral industry and sustainability ecosystem, with expertise in evaluating business opportunities in this space.
    Excellent financial and analytical skills, with the ability to assess the financial viability and impact potential of investments.
    Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
    Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
    Overseas study background and proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
