A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Salesforce Champion, your day will be
dynamic and engaging. You’ll start by reviewing your custom dashboards to
ensure the group is on track with key business development and sales metrics.
Throughout the day, you’ll act as a consultant to business development teams,
advising on Salesforce best practices and configurations to drive efficiency
and analytics. You’ll also conduct training sessions, enforce usage through
statistics, and lead cleanup efforts to ensure data accuracy and coverage.
Collaboration with various internal departments will be a key part of your
role, as you work together to drive Salesforce improvement projects across the
APAC region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive
the adoption of Salesforce as a CRM tool, not just for opportunity capture
but for comprehensive business development. - By
leading improvement projects, you’ll set a precise vision for Salesforce
usage and develop change programs to implement it. - Your
expertise will help rationalize access rights, workflows, and alerts,
making lasting changes that enhance efficiency and insight. - Provide
training and support to ensure that best practices are followed,
ultimately contributing to the overall success of the APAC Business
Development team.
What You Bring
- You
bring a minimum of 8 years of work experience focused on the
implementation of Salesforce, CRM, and pipeline management tools, along
with business data analytics. - Your
proficiency in customizing Salesforce, integrating it with other systems,
and developing custom applications is essential. - Certified
as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or higher. - Proven
experience in change management within large-scale multinational
organizations. - Your
proactive, self-starter attitude and proven ability to work in
cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.
About the Team
The APAC Business Development team is charged
with developing the early-stage project funnel, covering the entirety of
Siemens Energy’s portfolio. This group is responsible for identifying new
business opportunities based on customer insights and evolving government
policy. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that Salesforce is used
effectively to support the team’s objectives, and to drive transparency and
collaboration with the goal of winning more business.
