Static AC Engineer

A static AC Engineer is required to work for this large expanding FM company. You will be based on site at one of their biggest clients.

Duties

• Carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on the clients site
• Complete all tasks on PDA including risk assessments
• Use of CAFM system
• Liaising with client regarding concerning works
• Updating Contract Managers with client and site information
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office as required

Skills

• Must hold a valid FGAS certification
• Comprehensive experience of working within a HVAC and Building Services environment
• A continuous history of employment within a HVAC and Building Services Environment
• Must have experience of AHU’s and FCU’s
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage own workload
• Minimum of 3 years working within a similar role
