Based in prestigious offices in the beautiful town of Knutsford the opportunity will initially be a temporary contract with the opportunity for the right person to become permanent.

Reporting to the department Manager, working within a dynamic team the position of the Office Administrator will be busy, fast paced and varied
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the department, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation
- Support the completion of customer forms
- Respond to emails and customer enquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers
- Generate customer quotes
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information
- Assign enquiries to the relevant sales team members or department
Ideally the successful Office Administrator will have the following skills and expertise:
- Previous experience in a Administration/Customer Services
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work proactively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
