    Project Manager, Doncaster, Up to £55,000 + car

    Our client is a specialist in bespoke housing solutions who pride themselves on delivering an exceptional high quality product from design to completion. These are timber frame projects. Located in South Yorkshire, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to manage live sites from inception to completion.
    Your new role

    You will manage multiple projects simultaneously with sites across the UK, travel requirements would be 2/3 days per week. You will ensure the projects are running to schedule, ensure all deadlines, budgets and quality standards are adhered to. Regular communication with clients will be essential, ensuring all expectations and requirements are met, coordinate all site staff and manage the delivery of materials and labour resources. Our client is looking for someone who can manage all financial aspects of the projects, provide detailed progress updates, and implement and maintain all health, safety, and environmental processes on site.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    You will have proven experience working in a Project Manager role, overseeing multiple projects at one time.

  • Proven experience in timber frame projects will be desirable
  • Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary trades will be desirable, including joiner by trade
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction and project management (CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid and more).
