We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Swindon. This is a full-time, temporary position for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Providing accurate information about products and services.
Maintaining customer records and updating account information as needed.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
