Customer Service Advisor, Wednesbury based, Full-time & Permanent, £24,000 – £26,000 per annum, Hybrid working

A rapidly growing and fast-paced distribution business based in Wednesbury. You’ll be joining an expanding Customer Service and Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your new role
The main purpose of this role will be to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Key duties include:
- Process orders, returns and ticket queries
- Ensuring customer queries are responded to as quickly as possible, preferably same day
- Encourage customers to use the online customer portal to grow website usage
- Deliver on all customer expectations
- Develop customer relationships to support customer retention
- Work collaboratively with the sales team
- Update all customer details on an internal CRM system
What you’ll need to succeed
- 3+ years experience working in a Customer Service Advisor position
- Excellent customer service, rapport building, and administration experience
- Self-starter and a positive working attitude
