    Customer Service Advisor, Wednesbury based, Full-time & Permanent, £24,000 – £26,000 per annum, Hybrid working

    Your new company

    A rapidly growing and fast-paced distribution business based in Wednesbury. You’ll be joining an expanding Customer Service and Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

    Your new role

    The main purpose of this role will be to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Key duties include:

    • Process orders, returns and ticket queries
    • Ensuring customer queries are responded to as quickly as possible, preferably same day
    • Encourage customers to use the online customer portal to grow website usage
    • Deliver on all customer expectations
    • Develop customer relationships to support customer retention
    • Work collaboratively with the sales team
    • Update all customer details on an internal CRM system

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • 3+ years experience working in a Customer Service Advisor position
    • Excellent customer service, rapport building, and administration experience
    • Self-starter and a positive working attitude
