Temporary Position – Receptionist Role – Carmarthen – Immediate Start

Professional services company based in the heart of West Wales. They are seeing continued growth and success in their industry and, as such, are looking for a professional receptionist to join their company.
Your new role
Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and directing visitors and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments and manage phone enquiries efficiently.
Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Maintain a presentable and organised reception area, ensuring the office is well maintained, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
What you’ll need to succeed
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with the use of office equipment.
Experience in a corporate office, in an administrative, reception or similar capacity OR
Prior experience working as a receptionist
Fluent in Welsh
The ability to work to a high standard, at all times, as well as under pressure.
