    Mechanical Site Manager – West Midlands – £45,000 to £50,000

    Your new company

    A successful Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in Warwick, established for over 50 years. The company manages projects up to £10M in and around the West Midlands area and is looking to expand its team with an experienced Site Manager.
    Your new role

    As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will lead the site team, working under the Mechanical Project Manager on multi-million-pound projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all aspects of the installation are completed on schedule, managing site teams, overseeing health and safety, quality control, and material ordering. You will also attend weekly site meetings, ensure compliance with the latest drawings, and maintain excellent client and contractor relationships.
    What you’ll need to succeed

  • At least five years of experience as a Site Manager on similar contracts, ideally with a National Contractor on multi-million-pound projects.
  • Valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate.
  • Relevant Mechanical qualifications (NVQ, etc.).
  • Relevant trade CSCS skills card.
  • Strong communication skills with subcontractors, clients, and team members.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high health and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, making decisions as required.
