Your new company is located in the heart of Bridgend. This well-established organisation is dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction and is now seeking a proactive individual to join their team.
Your new role
As a Sales Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients via telephone and email. Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to, answering customer enquiries, processing orders, generating and verifying invoices, updating system data, and offering general administrative support to the sales team.
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who prides themselves on providing fantastic customer service at all times. My client is seeking an individual who has experience within the realm of sales administration and is keen to develop their skills. Somebody who has experience working with invoices, is capable of retaining a lot of product information and has a keen eye for attention to detail will be successful.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £25,000. The working hours of the role are 9-5 Monday-Friday. The organisation offers a pension scheme and has a very friendly and settled workforce, creating a nice work environment.
