    Your new role

    As a Team Leader/Supervisor, you will lead a team within a defined work stream or project. Your responsibilities will include driving excellent service standards, achieving KPIs, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will support the management team in delivering annual and 5-year plans, implement company policies and industry standards, and lead your team to develop best practices and implement changes. Additionally, you will manage team performance, motivate your team to exceed targets, and promote the effective use of IT systems.
    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Excellent supervisory skills with previous experience leading teams.
    • Experience working in a social housing environment is essential.
    • Strong ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
    • Proven experience of developing and motivating teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to manage resources, budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
    • A proactive approach to identifying risks and protecting the business reputation
