Westminster City Council
is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Manager
to ensure the safety and compliance of their housing stock. This critical role involves overseeing fire safety for 22,000 tenant and leasehold properties and ensuring adherence to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.

The Role:
As the Fire Safety Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of fire safety professionals, delivering a multi-million-pound annual programme of planned works.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations through accurate work packaging, inspections, and audits.
- Regularly review and update fire safety policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical support for developing Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs).
- Manage capital budgets and procure works via contracts.
- Liaise with residents, leaseholders, and councillors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:
You are a seasoned professional with substantial experience in fire-related project management, design, servicing, repair, or installation within the public and/or private sectors, preferably housing. You possess advanced technical knowledge of fire safety and relevant legislation, and you are committed to fostering a positive fire safety culture.
