is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Compliance and Building Safety
to lead their building compliance team and agenda. This pivotal role is crucial in ensuring tenant safety and building compliance across their diverse housing stock, including 22,000 tenant and leasehold properties and 3,500 temporary accommodation units.

The Role:
As the Head of Compliance and Building Safety, you will:

- Oversee all aspects of landlord compliance, tenant safety, and building safety.

- Engage with residents to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Lead and develop strategic and operational partnerships.
