global team. We are looking for a self-driven Digitalization & Process Expert to support our Operational Excellence team.

How You’ll
Make an Impact 

• Maintain and dvelop existing analytical tools, including advanced
  Excel based tools, as well as Microsoft Analytics tools, such as Power Apps and
  Power Bi. 
• Support the digitalization campaign of existing and new concept
  introductions in all areas of Tower Module and play an active role in bringing
  Operational Excellence to the next level. 
• Combing the technical knowledge
  related to digital solutions with an in depth understanding of the business to
  achieve the best overall result for optimal operations.
• Drive operational and strategic process optimizations taking an
  end-to-end perspective and align them with all affected stakeholders. 
• Collaborate
  both with various internal cross-functional teams to generate positive business
  impact. Provide guidance on best practices for security, scalability, and
  maintainability.

What You
Bring

• Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead
  the change. We are looking for someone who holds a master’s degree in business
  administration, business analysis, or another business-related field and has a
  flare for optimization of day-to-day operations through digitalization.
• Team player and a natural networker with the ability to work with
  many different stakeholders, combining the technical knowledge with business
  understanding to achieve the optimal result for the final internal customer. Energy
  and enthusiasm for analytics, efficiency, and the attention to detail.
• Expert level in Excel: Advanced skills and experience with VBA,
  Power Query, Power BI; with the intention to further develop your knowledge in
  these areas.
• The ability to communicate confidently in English across all levels
  of the organization.
• Experience in process analysis and continuous improvement, which
  you can materialize and share with the audience in a well-documented
  manner. 
• Curiosity and fascination on state-of-the-art technology both
  regarding soft- and hardware.
• Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to
  achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have
  a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills, and you
  can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position,
