A Snapshot of Your Day
You will work in the Sales Excellence department in a
dynamic team supporting the Sales Organization with developing and delivering
training programs, e.g. product & skill trainings, functionalities, and use
cases with different methods
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive learning and
communication for the Sales Community - Collaborate with internal
stakeholders to understand training needs and align training programs with
organizational goals. - Engage with external
collaborators, such as customers, partners, and vendors, to deliver
tailored training solutions to specific customer programs. - Organize and facilitate
regular face to face training sessions for New Joiners and develop
training materials - Collect and roll out
lessons learned and best practice sharing - Support SE talent pool by
developing & enabling digital tools & workspaces to collaborate in
different set-ups and support on handling and coordinating face-to-face
events - Communicate training
schedules, updates, and resources - Enabling Newcomers to
understand GT Sales fast and easy by providing sufficient trainings and
trainings materials! - Shaping the way for
internal networking & communication, collaboration and information
sharing - Engaging with Customer to
facilitate “first to know” trainings - Cooperating with different
department to achieve the best content and format
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent experience in Education, Training, Business, or a related
field. - Experience in developing
and delivering training programs as well as to engage and motivate
learners through various training methods is a plus - Ability to conduct
detailed training needs assessments - Strong understanding of
transformation and its impact on business & people - Excellent communication,
presentation, and facilitation skills - Ability to effectively
engage with team members of all levels and across departments - Strong analytical skills
to measure training effectiveness and organizational and project
management skills - Basic technical
understanding about Grid Technologies is a plus
