The Role:
Are you ready to shape the future of Graphic Design education? The Department of Creative Industries has an exciting opening for a Senior Lecturer in Graphic Design. We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead, develop and deliver high-quality programmes across levels 4 to 6.
As the driving force behind the Universities’ brand new FdA/BA (Hons) Graphic Design programme, you will create a curriculum that is innovative, industry-led and geared towards outstanding graduate outcomes. You will also contribute to the design of new learning spaces that mirror industry environments, creating an authentic practical learning atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have credible industry experience within Graphic Design, with expertise in both traditional and digital techniques, whilst demonstrating strong leadership qualities to launch new, high-quality programmes. You will be confident in delivering a wide range of theoretical and practical content and have a commitment to inclusive and innovative teaching pedagogy to enhance learning and the student experience.
