You always have the right tool for the job….! Working as part of a 2 man team, the Maintenance Assistant is there to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently to ensure that the guest expectations are met during their stay. You will be primarily required to carry out a wide range of painting and decorating tasks but will also assist with general maintenance tasks around Malmaison Cheltenham and our sister property Hotel Du Vin Cheltenham, as required. You must be organised, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on individual who has excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel is desirable and knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and health and safety are beneficial. Hours are 08:00-16:30 Mon-Fri with occasional weekend cover and out of hours shifts.
