CK Group are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner, to join a leading biopharmaceutical company, based at their site in either Paddington or Wrexham on a hybrid basis.
Contract duration:
To start ASAP to the 31/01/25.
Rate:
£28.20-£30.77 per hour.
Talent Acquisition Partner Role:
- Work with a team to develop and execute programs, strategies, and tactics to ensure that our client is positionedas a premier employer to continuously attract and build a pipeline of top talent.
- Develop and execute a broad range of planned, innovative, and effective sourcing strategies to generate astrong and diverse candidate flow.
- Manage vendor contracts/relationships with all relevant job posting sites establish preferred supplierstrategy to ensure optimal vendor performance and appropriate pricing.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
- Develop key relationships with hiring managers, senior management, HRBPs, and other stakeholders toeffectively consult, collaborate and deliver on the hiring strategy.
Your Background
:
- Preferred: University degree in HR or related discipline.
- Required: CIPD Qualification or equivalent.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience within the biopharma/life science industry.
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems.
- 2+ years of experience working as a full cycle recruiter.
