About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Knowledge and Information Management Officer to join the Knowledge and Information Management (KIM) team. This is a varied role with the opportunity to work across the different KIM functions to ensure the management of information is in accordance with legislation and internal policies. You will be working on the improvement of the management of knowledge across the organisation and helping to ensure the OfS complies with Information Rights and Data Protection legislation.
The KIM team is part of the broader Legal function; however, you will also be working closely with colleagues across the organisation including the chief executive and directors.
About you:
Demonstrable experience of working within a KIM or information rights role and / or suitably qualified is essential. You will be proactive with excellent organisational and drafting skills, and demonstrate attention to detail. Partnership working with colleagues and understanding of the strategic context that the OfS is working within is key to success in this role. You will be confident in engaging with a wide range of people including at a senior level and have strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate specialist knowledge to non-specialists.
