Key duties
- Scheduling engineer works
- Keeping clients updated with updates
- Manage a client ‘ticketing’ system
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Manage the helpdesk’s workflow
- Preparing client quotations and supporting with sales administration
What you’ll need to succeed
- Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
- Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk role
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential.
