    Key duties

    • Scheduling engineer works
    • Keeping clients updated with updates
    • Manage a client ‘ticketing’ system
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls
    • Manage the helpdesk’s workflow
    • Preparing client quotations and supporting with sales administration

    What you’ll need to succeed

    • Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
    • Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk role
    • Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential.
