    Business Admin Colne Permanent – Full-time £23,000+ depending on location

    Primary RoleTo act as the first point of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service; to maintain our shared email inboxes and pass any enquiries onto the appropriate account manager; compile KPI reports and Sales reports for the Commercial Director; manage customer complaints by ensuring information is passed to all departments in a quick timeframe, whilst keeping the customer informed of the process. You will be expected to research new and existing markets and compile a list of quality leads for our sales team.
    Hours of WorkFull time 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
    Required Skills

  • A motivated, self-starter with the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise and manage your workload.
  • Proven experience and ability to communicate effectively, in writing, by e-mail, and over the telephone with customers and suppliers.
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral.
  • The ability to quickly build a fantastic rapport with customers and to exceed their expectations.
  • IT literate.

    • An understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary to fulfil the duties of this role.
    • A working knowledge of SAP B1 would be beneficial, however, full training will be given if required.
    • Time management will be key to ensuring that your workload is correctly prioritised.
    • Ability to learn about new products in a rapidly evolving market.
