Business Admin Colne Permanent – Full-time £23,000+ depending on location
Primary RoleTo act as the first point of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service; to maintain our shared email inboxes and pass any enquiries onto the appropriate account manager; compile KPI reports and Sales reports for the Commercial Director; manage customer complaints by ensuring information is passed to all departments in a quick timeframe, whilst keeping the customer informed of the process. You will be expected to research new and existing markets and compile a list of quality leads for our sales team.
Hours of WorkFull time 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Required Skills
IT literate.
- An understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary to fulfil the duties of this role.
- A working knowledge of SAP B1 would be beneficial, however, full training will be given if required.
- Time management will be key to ensuring that your workload is correctly prioritised.
- Ability to learn about new products in a rapidly evolving market.
